Apps for training and racing


This site hosts the web apps for Running Writings that I've developed. Currently, there are just two! However, I have several more in the works, which I plan on adding in the near future.

I'm both a coach and a human performance researcher, so I'm really excited about using science and technology to help runners stay healthy and run faster. These apps are meant to be useful for where the "rubber hits the road" - applying science and reasoned training principles to real day-to-day training, racing, and workouts.
